FERA FEROTGE
That unknown and indomitable beast rooted in the territory of Penedes for centuries. Almost forgotten today, it is an icon of the future.
Sumoll was a variety widely cultivated in the Penedès until the mid-20th century. Its use then declined in favor of other grape varieties, especially white ones.
On the label we have represented a Dragon, an element of popular folklore that dates back to the 15th century, and which symbolized evil.

Manual harvest. Spontaneous fermentation in open chestnut barrels. Manual pressing and subsequent aging in the same barrels for 10 months. It was bottled in October 2017.
