Listen to the natural sound…

In music, the vinyl record is a lightweight, analog format that offers a more realistic sound despite the imperfections it may emit compared to a digital format, where everything is more perfect but less natural. This minimal intervention wine is like a vinyl record.

A blend of three historic grape varieties deeply rooted in the Penedès, creating an intensely aromatic wine made with minimal intervention and a distinctly Mediterranean character.

Grape varieties: Xarel.lo, Moscatel d’Alexandria and Malvasia de Sitges

Elaboration: Hand-harvested grapes. Fermentation in stainless steel and aging on lees for 9 months.

Tasting note

A white with aromas of flowers and grapes, a touch of citrus and hints of apple and pear. In the mouth it is fresh, but also soft and full-bodied, thanks to the five months of aging on lees. It has a good balance between fruit and freshness, with a persistent finish.
