Vinification

Manual harvest. 5-hour maceration in the press, very soft pressing and bleeding of the must. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Bottled in February.

Tasting note

Intense and bright color. Surprising for its subtle aromas of strawberries and forest fruits, as well as some echoes of tropical fruit. In the mouth it has a sweet and gentle entrance with a marked acidity.
