FERA FEROTGE
That unknown and indomitable beast rooted in the territory of Penedes for centuries. Almost forgotten today, it is an icon of the future.
Sumoll was a variety widely cultivated in the Penedès until the mid-20th century. Its use then declined in favor of other grape varieties, especially white ones.
On the label we have represented a Dragon, an element of popular folklore that dates back to the 15th century, and which symbolized evil.

<p>Manual harvest. Spontaneous fermentation in open chestnut barrels. Manual pressing and subsequent aging in the same barrels for 10 months. It was bottled in October 2017.</p>
