This cava, made from xarel.lo  and macabeu is the exceptional result of more than 60 months of ageing and is the perfect accompaniment for the finest of gastronomic experiences. Complete in-house winemaking with our own grapes from vineyards oover 50 years old.

WINEMAKING

Complete in-house winemaking.

Grapes ara harvested by hand from vineyards planted in the late 60s

The base wine is matured for 8 months with his lees. Bottled in May 2013 and aged in the cellar for minimum 60 months.

Desgorged according to demand, always guaranteeing a fresh product without adding sugars or sulfites.

Bottling and disgorgement dates are present on the label.

BRUT NATURE. (Totally dry) no sugars are added.

          TASTING NOTES

Amber yellow in colour, with a persistent stream of fine bubbles. In the nose one appreciates the aging from its notes of dry fruit, toast and mature fruit.

In the mouth, initially surprisingly fruity, a creamy texture thanks to its long ageing, balanced acidity, with a final dry fresh finish.
