Vinification
Grapes harvested by hand to avoid premature oxidation before pressing. Base wines vinified in our winery with our own grapes, without excessive filtration or clarification. Aged in rhyme and clarified in 216-bottle cages for 10 days. Disgorged according to demand, always guaranteeing a fresh product and without the addition of sugars or sulfites.
Tasting note
Golden yellow in color with golden reflections, it has a persistent rosary of fine bubbles. On the nose, notes of pastry and ripe fruit stand out. On the palate, its fair aging allows us to enjoy both the fruit and the initial acidity, as well as a perfect creaminess and texture that give it breadth and complexity.
