Descregut is our most essential Corpinnat, crafted from a mosaic of vineyards in Vilobí del Penedès and local traditional grape varieties.
We aim for a sparkling wine that expresses the landscape we come from: fresh, balanced, and full of character, but above all easy to enjoy. Lees aging brings complexity and texture, keeping fruit and freshness at the forefront.
An unvarnished Brut Nature, designed both for popping open a bottle for no reason at all and for pairing with a full meal
Grape varieties: Xarel·lo, Macabeu, Parellada, Xarel·lo Vermell, and Sumoll Negre
Vintage: 2024
Winemaking: Second fermentation in the bottle using the traditional method. Minimum aging starting from 20 months. Brut Nature.

Viticulture
Raïm de collita pròpia procedent de les vinyes Cuc, Figuera, Triangle i Pupurri, situades a Vilobí del Penedès, a uns 300 metres d’altitud.
Vinyes de cultiu ecològic, treballades sense herbicides ni insecticides i amb fertilització orgànica. Sòls al·luvials, profunds i ben drenats, formats per capes de graves, sorres i argiles.
Vinification
- Manual harvest to avoid premature oxidation of the must
- Base wine fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tank
- Natural stabilization and unfined
- Bottling/tirage in March 2025 using concentrated grape must instead of cane or beet sugars
- Minimum aging of 18 months in the cellar
- BRUT NATURE. (sec) Sense adició de sucres o sulfits en el desgorgat. Desgorgat “en calent” sense congelar el cull de l’ampolla.
Tasting note
Perfecte, equilibri entre notes fruiteres i tons terciaris d’envelliment.
En boca és estructurat i ple, cremós i amb un equilibri perfecte entre sucre i acidesa, amb una bombolla fina i ben integrada.
Adequat per gaudir sol o per acompanyar una gran varietat de menjars.
