Fumissola
Corpinnat Sparkling Wine – Traditional Method
Fumissola in the Penedès is the name given to a low, light fog that resembles smoke and appears on some anticyclonic winter days. This blanc de noirs is made from Sumoll and Xarel·lo Vermell, two ancestral grape varieties native to the Penedès but rarely used in sparkling wines.

This quality sparkling wine, made from Xarel·lo and Macabeu from old vines, is the exceptional result of more than 60 months of ageing and the perfect companion for the finest gastronomic experiences. Entirely estate-made, using grapes from our own vineyards.

Using the nearly extinct Xarel·lo Vermell variety, we have been crafting this unique and distinctive wine since 2005. A tribute to those who worked with this grape in the past, which we believe has a great future. That is why the label features a Xarel·lo Vermell grape drawn by our daughter Mariona when she was five years old.

La Socarrada
Orange Wine
In 1968, the archaeologist from Vilafranca del Penedès, Pere Giró, discovered several Iberian remains dating back to the 1st century BC in the “La Socarrada” vineyard. Among other finds, intact ceramic amphorae were uncovered. Making this Macabeu in ceramic is a way to connect with a place that has witnessed winemaking for over 2,000 years.
